PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic microscope system eliminating any necessity of replacing an eyepiece lens barrel according to users.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic microscope system according to the present embodiment, for three-dimensionally observing an image of subjects eyes, includes a pair of light receiving optical systems, a display control part, and a selection presentation part. The pair of light receiving optical systems guide light from the subjects eye to respective imaging devices. The display control part causes display means to display a pair of images acquired by the imaging devices of the pair of light receiving optical systems at a physical relationship corresponding to a preset value of a pupillary distance.
