PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change controller of a combined harvester, which can properly feed grain straws left in a reaping treatment device to a thresher on a headland work, and can also suitably pick up and reap grain straws, on the stop of travel or on a micro-slow travel.SOLUTION: In the speed change controller of the combined harvester, a speed change control means H is used for executing a non-link speed change treatment to subject a speed change means Z to a speed change operation to drive the reaping treatment device 4 at a set target driving speed M, when a driving command is issued with a reaping driving command means J.
