PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conveying attitude of a waste straw is confused and the waste straw is clogged at receiving from a feed chain to a waste straw conveying mechanism and on the midway for conveying it by the waste straw conveying mechanism.SOLUTION: The combine harvester is provided with a traveling machine body having a traveling part 2 driven by motive power from an engine 14, a reaping device 3 having a cutting blade and a grain culm conveying mechanism, a thresher 5 having the feed chain 6, and the waste straw conveying mechanism 234 for conveying the waste straw after threshing is performed by the thresher 5. The combine harvester is further provided with an electric motor 94 for waste straw conveying driving for driving the waste straw conveying mechanism 234, and a conveying speed sensor for detecting a conveying speed of the grain culm conveying mechanism.
