PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change controller of combine harvester, which supplies grain culms remaining in a reaping apparatus to a threshing apparatus and makes grain culms immediately after cutting of plant foot while being raised in a state in which the grain culms are retained by the reaping apparatus both in an excellent state.SOLUTION: The speed change controller of combine harvester performs an unlinked speed change treatment for operating the speed change of a speed change means Z for driving the reaping apparatus 4 at a set target drive speed M by a manual operation type reaping drive order means J for freely changing a drive order state for ordering a drive order for driving the reaping apparatus 4 to an order release state for ordering a release order for releasing the drive order of the reaping apparatus 4 when the drive order is ordered.
