The present invention relates to an anti-slip stent configured such that same does not slip on a lesion part due to the pressure of a moving body fluid, vibration of a human body, and an externally generated force while securing a sufficient space in which the body fluid can move. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-slip stent comprising a cylindrical body obtained by weaving or crossing a wire made of a super-elastic shape memory alloy in a hollow cylindrical shape such that multiple first space portions are formed therein, and multiple bent portions are formed on both ends thereof along the circumference thereof. The cylindrical body has a first enlarged tube portion formed thereon. The first enlarged tube portion has a diameter larger than that of the cylindrical body and has multiple second space portions formed therein with a size larger than that of the first space portions. The first enlarged tube portion has second enlarged tube portions formed on both ends thereof adjacent to the cylindrical body through heat treatment. The second enlarged tube portions have the same diameter as that of the first enlarged tube portion, and have multiple third space portions formed therein with a size similar to that of the first space portions. The second enlarged tube portions have stronger elasticity than that of the first enlarged tube portion.La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse anti-dérapante configurée de sorte qu'elle ne dérape pas sur une partie de lésion dû à la pression d'un liquide corporel mobile, la vibration d'un corps humain, et la force générée au plan externe tout en fixant solidement un espace suffisant dans lequel le liquide corporel peut se déplacer.
