PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydrogen-containing beverage by adding hydrogen to a beverage immediately prior to drinking for easy preparation, and the hydrogen-containing beverage.SOLUTION: A beverage container filled with a beverage and a pouch made of hydrogen-impermeable film with enclosed hydrogen are prepared. The manufacturing method of a hydrogen-containing beverage includes opening the pouch for addition of hydrogen into the beverage container. The hydrogen-containing beverage is manufactured by the method. Preferably the pouch has a narrow inlet projecting upward, which is put into the beverage container for addition of hydrogen.
