PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a lifting mechanism, by adjusting timings of impact during stop of a raising seedling box and absorption, without using an electric component such as a limit switch or a solenoid.SOLUTION: When a raising seedling box 19 which is transported collides a clutch operation arm 23, a stopper bar 60 moves against a spring 63. A claw body 53 is released from the stopper bar 60 and is engaged to a ratchet 51, then rotate a rotary plate 52 together, thereby lifting mechanisms 30, 31 are driven.
