The transmission mechanism is rotatably connected to the base part, and the plurality of massage mechanisms are supported to the base part. Each massage mechanism has a connection part and a massage claw. A connection part of each massage mechanism is movably connected to the movable rail, the massage claw is at outside of the base part.
