PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond to problems wherein the requirement to an apparatus capable of efficiently producing an inexpensive elastic sheet using rubber strings is present.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the elastic sheet obtained by sticking the rubber strings in stretched states and in the state arranged between a pair of sheets is equipped with a pair of rubber string-sending devices 32A to 32D mutually arranged at an interval, and for transporting the rubber string 19cW from one end side to the other end side, a turning head 31 turning around the surroundings of the rubber string-sending devices 32A to 32D at the one end side, and sending out the rubber string 19cW so that the rubber string 19cW may be wound on the rubber string-sending devices 32A to 32D in the stretched state, and a pair of connecting rolls 33 arranged at the other end side of the rubber string-sending devices 32A to 32D, sending a pair of belt-shaped sheets 19aW and 19bW are superposed across the stretched rubber strings 19cW introduced to the other end sides of the rubber string-sending devices 32A to 32D, and for integrally connecting them.
