PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently manufacturing an inexpensive elastic sheet using rubber strings.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing elastic sheet includes: a rotary barrel first and second pin group which project from respective sliders constituting first and second slider groups alternately disposed along the outer periphery of the rotary barrel, and around which string rubbers are alternately wound first and second cam mechanisms for reciprocating the first and second slider groups in the opposite direction along directions parallel to the rotational axis of the rotary barrel and a joint roll disposed at a joint position to which a belt-shaped second sheet is fed to integrally join a first sheet, rubber strings and the second sheet guided between the joint roll and the outer peripheral surface of the rotary barrel together to be discharged. The rubber strings are meanderingly extended by moving the first and second pin groups in opposite directions from each other by the cam mechanism along a width direction of the first sheet wound around the outer peripheral surface of the rotary barrel.
