PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing noodles and a method of producing noodles, which efficiently and uniformly make dusting powder adhere to the surface of a noodle sheet or the surface of a noodle string.
SOLUTION: In producing noodles, dusting powder charged by a charging part is supplied to the surface of the noodle sheet or the surface of the noodle string, or supplied to a member having a contact surface capable of coming into contact with the surface of the noodle sheet or the surface of the noodle string, and the contact surface and the surface of the noodle sheet or the surface of the noodle string are brought into contact with each other, whereby the dusting powder can be uniformly and efficiently made to adhere to the surface of the noodle sheet or the surface of the noodle string.
