PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a stretchable sheet capable of being easily attached to a disposable diaper as a side flap or a body of a fastening tape without changing the direction, and a method for manufacturing the same, and to provide an absorbent article using the stretchable sheet.
SOLUTION: Two meandering rubber forming parts with rotators are combined to form a meandering rubber string continuous body, and the meandering rubber string continuous body is held between an upper sheet and a lower sheet in a joint part.
