The present invention relates to a method for preparing instant Samgyetang with bamboo shoot and abalone, and instant Samgyetang with bamboo shoot and abalone prepared by the production method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing instant fermented bamboo shoot-added Samgyetang with bamboo shoot and abalone. The present invention further relates to instant Samgyetang with bamboo shoot and abalone prepared by the production method.
