The present invention relates to a wet tissue composition comprising lauryl pyridinium chloride, organic acid and polyhydric alcohol or a mixture thereof, and wet tissue containing the same. It is found that there is a bacterium called Burkholderia spp. resistant to a wet tissue composition disclosed in a Korean registered patent No. 1798978 filed by the present inventors and unpleasant smell and discoloration take place in the wet tissue containing the wet tissue composition. In order to solve such problems, when organic acid and polyhydric alcohol or a mixture thereof not described in the above registered patent are added along with lauryl pyridinium chloride, it is confirmed that the inventive composition has an anti-bacterial effect on Burkholderia spp. resistant to the prior composition and excellent diffusivity in wet tissue and the unpleasant smell and discoloration do not appear. Therefore, the wet tissue composition comprising lauryl pyridinium chloride, an organic acid and polyhydric alcohol or a mixture thereof according to the present invention is expected to replace a wet tissue composition of the registered patent filed by the present inventors (Korean registered patent No. 1798978) as well as a conventional antiseptic composition comprising cetylpyridinium chloride.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019본 발명은 라우릴피리디늄클로라이드 및 유기산, 다가알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 물티슈 조성물 및 이를 함유하고 있는 물티슈에 관한 것으로, 본 발명자들의 등록 특허인 한국등록특허 제1798978호의 물티슈 조성물에 대해 내성을 획득한 부르크홀데리아 속(Burkholderia spp.) 균이 나타나고, 물티슈 조성물을 포함하는 물티슈에서 불쾌한 냄새와 변색이 나타나는 것을 발견하였다. 이에, 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 라우릴피리디늄클로라이드에 상기 등록 특허에 기재되어 있지 않은 유기산, 다가알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물이 포함되는 경우에 내성을 획득한 부르크홀데리아 속 균에 대한 항균 효과 및 물티슈에서의 확산성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 제품의 불쾌한 냄새 및 변색이 나타나지 않는다는 것을 확인함으로써, 본원발명의 라우릴피리디늄클로라이드 및 유기산, 다가알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 물티슈 조성물을 기존의 세틸피리디늄클로라이드를 포함하는 방부제 조성물뿐만 아니라 본 발명자들의 등록 특허(한국등록특허 제1798978호)의 물티슈 조성물을 대체할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
