PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus that produces a beam profile of laser light for treatment corresponding to an operating condition to perform proper treatment.SOLUTION: This apparatus includes: a laser light source that emits a laser light for treatment an irradiation unit that irradiates the laser light for the treatment emitted from the laser light source onto the irradiation portion of a patients eye as a spot having a predetermined size a setting means for setting the irradiation time of the laser light for the treatment and a control means for controlling the irradiation with the laser light for the treatment on the basis of the set irradiation time.
