PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus by which a state of tissue at an aiming position can be easily ascertained on aiming at by a spot of aiming light.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus comprises: an irradiation unit including a treatment laser source and an aiming light source to irradiate tissue with the treatment laser beam and the aiming light beam, and a scan part to two-dimensionally scan the treatment laser beam and the aiming light beam spot on the tissue and a pattern setting unit to set an irradiation pattern wherein spots of the treatment laser beam are arranged. The apparatus includes a control unit to drive the irradiation unit on the basis of the irradiation pattern to control a position of the irradiation spot of the aiming beam on aiming the treatment laser beam to divide the spot of the irradiation pattern into two or more groups and to switch the positions of the irradiation spots of the group at a prescribed time interval in order.
