PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus capable of suppressing irradiation of a therapeutic laser beam onto an unexpected region even when the eyes of a patient move.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus for irradiating a laser beam onto the eyes of a patient for treatment, includes: a laser irradiation optical system for irradiating a therapeutic laser beam emitted from a therapeutic laser beam source onto the eyes of the patient scanning means provided in the laser irradiation optical system for two-dimensionally scanning a spot of the therapeutic laser beam on a tissue of the eyes of the patient and pattern irradiation means for forming a spot of a predetermined pattern using the laser irradiation optical system and the scanning means.
