PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus capable of irradiating a laser beam whose beam profile is excellent to an eye of a patient.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus includes branching means for branching a laser beam, multiplexing means for multiplexing the branched laser beam, and irradiation means 15 for irradiating the multiplexed laser beam to an eye of a patient. The multiplexing means is an optical fiber coupler 12 having a plurality of incidence ends and at least one emission end, and includes an incidence part for causing the branched laser beam to enter the plurality of incidence ends simultaneously.
