PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining device for noodles for separating and discharging noodle crumbs, residual vegetable, flours, salt and the like from water aspirated from a boiling basket and preventing them from entering into a blower.SOLUTION: The residual vegetable and flours adhered to the noodles in the boiling basket K inserted into a draining chamber 3 and water containing salt are sucked together with surrounding air and are guided into a processing tank 4. The processing tank 4 is provided with a residual vegetable removing part 61, a water storage part W and a filter part 63. The residual vegetable and flours guided into the processing tank 4, water containing salt and air are guided into the water storage part W after removing the residual vegetable at the residual vegetable removing part 61. The water and air guided into the water storage part W hit the stored water stored in the water storage part W. The guided water, flours and salt contained in this water or guided air and water vapor are absorbed in the stored water, removed, and guided into the filter part 63.
