The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring a multi-joint angle. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring a multi-joint angle to measure a multi-joint angle with a single reading module. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for measuring a multi-joint angle comprises: a plurality of flexible resistance members disposed on each joint of a multi-joint； a plurality of connection members connecting the plurality of flexible resistance members in series； and a reading module connected to the connection member.
