PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle measurement device with which it is possible to measure the rotation angle of a measurement object without using a large-scale facility.SOLUTION: Provided is a rotation angle measurement device used in measuring the rotation angle of a measurement object, comprising: a sensing member 2 extendable in one direction following the rotation of the measurement object and whose electric parameter changes in accordance with a rotation angle； a measurement unit 3 for measuring the electric parameter； and a computation unit 4 for calculating a rotation angle on the basis of the result of measurement by the measurement unit 3.
