PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the movable range of a mowing operation part for carrying out mowing operation in an offset direction without changing the shape of a hitch member.SOLUTION: The mowing machine is constituted as follows. An attaching part 102 links the mowing machine 101 to a tractor 501. The mowing operation part 103 includes a horizontal rotary shaft 123 having a plurality of mowing blades 124 installed therein, and a side plate 122 positioned at the terminal part of the horizontal rotary shaft 123. An offset mechanism part 104 links the attaching part 102 with the mowing operation part 103, and enables the mowing operation part 103 to be moved in the axial center direction of the horizontal rotary shaft 123. The horizontal rotary shaft 123 rotates around the shaft by the power from the tractor 501, inputted through an input shaft 132 for driving the mowing blades 124.
