PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical tilling tine having a high tilling performance, removed with oscillating factors and suppressing tilling torque.SOLUTION: This tilling tine 1 is provided by having a vertical blade part 10 and a horizontal blade part 20, extending from a mounting base part 3 mounted at a tilling tine shaft 60, curving from the vertical blade part 10 to the horizontal blade part 20 in the reverse direction of its rotating direction, also curving the horizontal blade part 20 in one side direction toward the vertical blade part 10 and inclining the vertical blade part 10 to the one side direction toward the mounting base part 3. On being mounted at the tilling tine shaft 60 and by taking the tine length in a side surface view in the tine shaft core direction from a line passing through the center of the tilling tine shaft and the center of the mounting base part 3 to the tip end of the tine, the bending-starting part 11 of the vertical blade part 10 is positioned in the vicinity of 1/4 of the mounting base part side of the tine total length L, and the bending-starting part 23 of the horizontal blade part 20 is made as close to more tip end side than the half of the tine total length L. The cross sectional shape of the tip end part of the horizontal blade part 20 is formed as having a curve convex in the same directional side to the curving direction of the horizontal blade part 20 curving in one side direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】耕耘性能が高く、振動要因が取り除かれ、耕耘トルクが抑えられて経済的な耕耘爪を提供する。【解決手段】耕耘爪1は、耕耘爪軸60に取り付けられる取付基部3から連続して延びる縦刃部10及び横刃部20を有し、縦刃部10から横刃部20にかけて回転方向と逆向きに弯曲するとともに、横刃部20が縦刃部10に対して一方側に弯曲する。縦刃部10は取付基部3に対して一側方に傾斜する。縦刃部10の折曲開始部分11は、耕耘爪軸60に取り付けて耕耘爪軸中心と取付基部3の中心を通る線分から爪先端までの爪軸軸芯方向の側面視における爪長さを爪全長Lとしたときに、爪全長Lの取付基部側寄りの1/4付近に位置し、横刃部20の折曲開始部分23は、爪全長Lの半分よりも先端側寄りとされる。横刃部20の先端部の断面形状は、一側方に弯曲する横刃部20の弯曲方向と同方向側に凸状に弯曲して形成される。【選択図】図1
