PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply duct washing device for retaining a constant concentration of medical solution in mixed water containing diluted and mixed medical solution used for washing a duct, and adjusting the concentration of the medical solution to be used for the medical practice, and to provide a dental treatment apparatus using the same.

SOLUTION: The water supply duct washing device includes: treatment instruments 3-9 water supply ducts 31-38 for feeding water for medical practice to the medical instruments 3-9 a medical solution feeding means 13 for feeding the medical solution to the water supply ducts 31-38 a medical solution mixing and diluting means 11 disposed on the way of the water supply duct 31 for mixing the medical solution from the medical solution feeding means 13 with water for medical practice a control means 16 and a water quantity detecting means 12 for detecting the quantity of water fed to the medical instruments 3-9. The control means 16 feeds the medical solution from the medical solution feeding means 13 to the medical solution mixing/diluting means 11, and controls the quantity of medical solution fed from the medical solution feeding means 13 to retain a prescribed concentration of the medical solution in the medical solution mixed and diluted water in the medical solution mixing and diluting means 11 based on the water quantity detection information detected by the water quantity detecting means 12.
