PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable pulse wave sensor to be attached to a nail for measuring a pulse wave, which is biological information.SOLUTION: A wearable pulse wave sensor includes a sensor body 2 provided with an attached part 10 to be attached to the surface of a nail N, a light irradiation part 11 provided to the attached part 10 so that a light releasing surface faces the nail N in a state that the attached part 10 is attached to the nail N, a light reception part 12 provided to the attached part 10 so that a light receiving surface faces the nail in a state that the attached part 10 is attached to the nail, for outputting an electric signal corresponding to an amount of light that the light receiving surface receives, and a control part 13 electrically connected to the light reception part 12 and the light irradiation part 11 for controlling the operation of both.
