PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress-alleviating agent that exhibits sure and lasting effects.
SOLUTION: The stress-alleviating agent includes 10 pts.wt. of an extract liquid extracted from fresh tea leaves and, in addition thereto, 1-100 pts.wt. of leaf alcohol. The leaf alcohol may contain 3-hexenol (Z) extracted from peppermint. A manufacturing method of the stress-alleviating agent comprising mixing the stress-alleviating agent with cyclodextrin and drying the mixture is also provided.
