The present invention provides a method for cultivating ginseng, wherein a pair of 4 to 6-year-old ginseng roots can be produced in a shape in which the ginseng roots are hugging each other in order to be purchased as conjugal harmony ginseng, lovely couple ginseng, and harmonious family ginseng. The purpose of the present invention can be achieved by means of the method for cultivating ginseng, wherein the method comprises: a ginseng seedling selecting step of separating healthy ginseng seedlings from sick ginseng seedlings of which roots or heads are damaged； a ginseng seedling transplanting step of transplanting a pair of the separated ginseng seedlings in a shape in which the ginseng seedlings cross each other at a particular interval in a soil formed to be tilted at 40-50 degrees； a ginseng seedling cultivating step of covering the roots of the transplanted ginseng seedlings with soil； and a ginseng harvesting step of harvesting fresh ginseng roots attached to cross each other by being cultivated from the ginseng seedling cultivating step.본 발명의 4~6년생의 인삼 수확 시에 한 쌍의 삼이 서로 껴안고 있는 상태로 수확이 가능하여 금술 좋은 부부삼, 사랑스런 연인삼, 화목한 가족삼 상태로 판매가 가능하여 상품성을 높일 수 있는 인삼 재배방법을 제공한다.본 발명의 상기 목적은 뿌리나 뇌두에 상처가 있거나 병든 묘삼을 분리하고 건강한 묘삼을 선별하는 묘삼선별단계와, 상기 묘삼선별단계에서 선별된 묘삼을 경사도 40~50도 범위로 형성된 서식지 토양에 한 쌍의 묘삼을 교차하는 상태로 하여 일정간격을 띄워 이식하는 묘삼이식단계와 상기 묘삼이식단계에서 이식된 묘삼의 뿌리를 흙으로 덮는 묘삼재배단계 및 상기 묘삼재배단계에서 재배되어 상호간이 교차상태로 붙어 있는 수삼을 수확하는 인삼수확단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 재배방법에 의해 달성된다.
