The present invention relates to crutches for walking assistance of a person with a lower body injury or a disabled person whose movements are unconformable, and more specifically, to crutches which can be used without slipping in not only a flat walk road but an inclined walk road by having a joint in a lower end ground contact part of crutches.본 발명은 하체 부상자의 보행 보조 또는 하체의 움직이 불편한 장애인의 보행 보조를 위한 목발에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 목발의 하단 접지부에 관절이 구비됨으로서 평평한 보행도로 뿐만 아니라 경사진 보행도로에서도 미끄러짐 없이 사용이 가능한 목발에 관한 것이다.
