The present invention relates to improved and more complete crutches having superb shock-absorbency, in which, to help patients of surgery departments with leg disabilities with walking, the structure of widely used conventional crutches are improved so that the shock loading, occurring during a landing movement of the crutches on the ground, is significantly reduced, thereby attaining a smooth shock-absorbing effect. That is, the present invention, with respect to the crutches having a conventional structure (1), is provided with a distinctive shock-absorbing means (A) attached to the lower end of a supporting column (2), which lands on the ground, so as to provide shock absorption when the lower part of the supporting column (2) makes contact with the ground, thereby providing highly favorable effects in the functional and safety perspectives, such as: more freedom while walking and reduced fatigue from a good shock-absorbing effect from radially arranged coil springs when a patient is walking on crutches and the supporting columns of the crutches twist on the ground with the weight the patient easily maintaining angles of inclination of a fixed shaft in all four directions, front and rear and left and right, by means of the radially arranged plurality of coil springs and preventing accidents of falling over due to a slip by the crutches overall maintaining a firm contact with the ground, regardless of the bumpiness thereof, by having a ground plate constantly maintaining a state of close contact over the entire surface thereof with the ground.
