The present invention relates to a novel siRNA, and a highly efficient double-stranded oligo RNA structure and nanoparticles comprising same, wherein the double-stranded oligo RNA structure is one in which a hydrophilic material and a hydrophobic material are conjugated to both terminals of the double-stranded RNA (siRNA) through a simple covalent bond or linker-mediated covalent bond to efficiently transport the double-stranded RNA structure into cells, and the double-stranded RNA structure may be changed into a nanoparticle form in an aqueous solution due to the hydrophobic interaction between the double-stranded RNA structures. The siRNA included in the double-stranded oligo RNA structure is preferably siRNA specific to a fibrosis- or respiratory disease-associated gene - particularly, amphiregulin or stratifin. Further, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising siRNA, and a highly efficient double-stranded oligo RNA structure and nanoparticles comprising same, as an active ingredient for preventing or treating fibrosis or respiratory diseases. Also, the present invention relates to a method for preventing or treating fibrosis or respiratory diseases including administering the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating fibrosis or respiratory diseases to a subject in need thereof.La présente invention concerne un nouveau siARN, et une structure d'oligo-ARN double brin à haute efficacité et des nanoparticules le comprenant, ladite structure d'oligo-ARN double brin comportant un matériau hydrophile et un matériau hydrophobe conjugués aux deux extrémités de l'ARN double brin (siARN) par une liaison covalente simple ou une liaison covalente médiée par un lieur, pour transporter efficacement la structure d'ARN double brin dans des cellules.
