PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of mini-spheres or mini-capsules by an extrusion method.SOLUTION: An extrusion process has: a step of extruding a material which becomes flowable when heated； a step of introducing a gelation material into the material such that a gelatinized component and a non-gelatinized component are mixed with each other, homogenizing the components, and forming a mixed extruded product； a step of making the mixed extrusion product pass through a nozzle and forming the mixed extrusion product into a plurality of mini-spheres or mini-capsules； and a step of applying vibration force to the nozzle when the extrusion product is made to pass through the nozzle, and furthermore cooling the mini-spheres or mini-capsules in cooling gas or cooling liquid.【課題】押し出し方法によるミニ球体又はミニカプセルの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】加熱された時に流動可能である材料を押し出すステップと、ゲル化成分と非ゲル化成分とが互いに混合されるように、前記材料にゲル化材を導入し、均質化し、混合された押出物を形成するステップと、混合された押出物をノズルに通して、該混合された押出物を複数の、ミニ球体又はミニカプセルに形成するステップと、を有し、押出物がノズルを通過せしめられるとき、振動力がノズルに適用され、更に、ミニ球体又はミニカプセルを冷却ガス又は冷却液中で冷却するステップを有する、押出プロセス。【選択図】図１
