The present invention relates to a noodle-shaped kelp processing method capable of easily separating foreign substances from noodle-shaped cut kelp by using a cleaning method using vortexes, bubbles and the like maintaining a shape, color, a texture and freshness of the kelp and enabling a consumer to eat the kelp by offhandedly cooking the kelp after processing. The noodle-shaped kelp processing method comprises: a step (a) of steaming the collected kelp to be sterilized and ingested a step (b) of cutting the steamed kelp into the length of 5-15 cm along a longitudinal direction as a noodle shape a step (c) of vortexing seawater and the kelp by supplying the cut kelp to an inlet of a water tank in which the seawater is vortexed, and separating the foreign substances from the kelp by inducing friction between the kelps and friction between the kelp and the seawater a step (d) of supplying the kelp, from which the foreign substances are separated, to a seawater tank in which the seawater is mixed with air supply of the atmosphere, mixing the mixed seawater with the kelp, separating the foreign substances from the kelp, and precipitating the foreign substances a step (e) of transferring the kelp of the step (d) through a conveyor belt in which the seawater is discharged, cleaning the kelp by spraying drinking water from an upper part of the conveyor belt, and adjusting salinity of the kelp to be less than 15 ppt a step (f) of receiving the kelp, in which the salinity is adjusted, from the conveyor and removing moisture to be packed and a step (g) of packing the kelp, from which the moisture is removed, in a packing container for commercialization.본 발명은 면 형태로 절단된 다시마를 와류와 기포 등을 이용한 세척방식으로 이물질을 용이하게 분리함과 동시에 다시마 고유의 형상, 색상, 질감 및 신선도를 유지할 수 있으며, 가공 후 즉석에서 조리하여 섭취할 수 있는 면 형태의 다시마 가공방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, ⓐ 채취된 다시마를 살균 및 섭취 가능하도록 자숙하는 단계 ⓑ 상기 자숙된 다시마를 길이방향을 따라 면 형태로서 5 - 15cm의 길이로 절단하는 단계 ⓒ 상기 절단된 다시마를 해수가 와류되는 수조탱크의 입구에 공급하여 해수와 함께 다시마를 와류시켜 다시마 상호 간 및 다시마와 해수간의 마찰을 유도하여 다시마에
