The present invention relates to a method for processing raw seaweed fulvescens capable of cleaning collected seaweed fulvescens with vortexes, bubbles and the like easily separating a fakean adulteration and foreign substances between seaweed fulvescens and maximally suppressing changes of a shape, color, a texture, and freshness of the seaweed fulvescens. The method for processing raw seaweed fulvescens comprises: a step (a) of cutting the collected seaweed fulvescens into the length of 2-10 cm a step (b) of vortexing seawater and the seaweed fulvescens by supplying the cut seaweed fulvescens to a water tank in which the seawater is vortexed, and separating the foreign substances from the seaweed fulvescens by inducing friction between the seaweed fulvescens and friction between the seaweed fulvescens and the seawater a step (c) of supplying the seaweed fulvescens, from which the foreign substances are separated, to a seawater tank, in which the seawater is mixed with air supply of the atmosphere, mixing the mixed seawater with the seaweed fulvescens, separating the foreign substances from the seaweed fulvescens, and precipitating the foreign substances a step (d) of easily cutting the seaweed fulvescens to be ingested and removing the foreign substances of the seaweed fulvescens by supplying the seaweed fulvescens of the step (c) to a cutting device with the seawater a step (e) of transferring the seaweed fulvescens of the step (d) through a conveyor belt, through which the seawater is discharged, cleaning the seaweed fulvescens by spraying drinking water from an upper part of the conveyor belt, and adjusting salinity of the seaweed fulvescens to be less than 15 ppt a step (f) of receiving the seaweed fulvescens, in which the salinity is adjusted, from the conveyor and removing moisture therefrom and a step (g) of packing the seaweed fulvescens, from which the moisture is removed, in a packing container.본 발명은 채취된 매생이를 와류와 기포 등을 이용한 세척방식으로 매생이 상호 간의 협잡물 및 이물질을 용이하
