The present invention relates to a walking rehabilitation control system and a method thereof capable of correctly monitoring a situation of walking training and adjusting training motion by measuring reaction data of a patient receiving the walking training on a walking rehabilitation robot and analyzing a walking pattern of the patient based on the measured reaction data.
