PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device capable of easily embedding a bio-tissue support indwelling object in a living body, imposing a reduced burden on a patient, and providing the patient with high safety, and a puncture method.SOLUTION: A puncture device 1 includes a curved puncture member 3 provided rotationally, and a urethra insertion implement 4 having a long urethra insertion part 41 to be inserted into the urethra. The urethra insertion part 41 includes a marker (a positioning part) 45 that is located at the meatus urethra so as to position a puncture route of the puncture member 3 with respect to the meatus urethra.
