PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a konjak processed drink and food having an inhibitory effect on increase of blood glucose level.SOLUTION: There is provided processed food of konjak containing konjak with pH in a range of 2.5 to 7.4 as an active ingredient, having an inhibitory effect on increase of blood glucose level for intake of 0.3 to 50 g/day as one day dose of rare saccharides for inhibiting increase of blood glucose level, and shaped with angular shape, string shape, round shape, granular shape and tabular shape.EFFECT: By intake once, blood glucose level increase effect can be maintained for one day or longer.
