The blood sugar levels are plotted into a plurality of time slots based on the measurement date/time. When the selection and determination of a blood sugar level in a blood sugar level list 271 having the time slots and measurement date/times as axes, are recognized, a pop-up menu 300 for changing a time slot is displayed. When a left button 304 or a right button 305 is selected, the selected blood sugar level is moved into the preceding or following time slot.
