Disclosed are a portable blood diagnostor having a blood sugar analysis function, which enables patients with diabetes to easily perform self-diagnosis anywhere and a diabetes management system including the same. For this purpose, provided is the portable blood diagnostor comprising: a case a PCB on which a blood sugar measurement module is provided to inspect a blood sample adsorbed onto an inspection strip and measure a blood sugar level thereof a display unit which is provided on the outer surface of the case to output the measured blood sugar level a storage module which stores a blood sugar level program to which an icon indicating a risk of the blood sugar level is designated and a control module which extracts the icon matched to the measured blood sugar level through the blood sugar level program, and outputs the icon on the display unit. The portable blood diagnostor of the present invention is able to help even a user who is not able to determine a stable range with the blood sugar level to easily determine a state of the user through the icon, thereby preventing a shortage of blood sugar or the shock caused by an excessive amount of blood sugar.당뇨병을 가진 환자들이 어느 곳에서나 자가 진단을 보다 쉽게 진행할 수 있도록 하는 휴대용 혈액 진단기 및 이를 포함하는 당뇨 관리시스템이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 케이스, 검사 스트립에 흡착된 혈액 샘플을 검사하여 혈당치를 측정할 수 있도록 혈당측정모듈이 설치된 PCB 기판, 상기 케이스의 외측면에 설치되어 측정한 혈당치를 출력하는 디스플레이부, 혈당치의 위험도를 나타내는 아이콘이 지정된 혈당치 프로그램이 저장된 저장모듈, 및 측정된 혈당치에 매칭된 아이콘을 혈당치 프로그램을 통해 추출하여 디스플레이부를 통해 출력하는 제어모듈을 포함하는 휴대용 혈액 진단기를 제공한다. 본 발명은 혈당치의 수치로 안정범위를 판단할 수 없는 사람이라도 아이콘을 통해 자신의 상태를 쉽게 판단할 수 있도록 도와주어 혈당부족이나 과잉으로 인한 쇼크를 예방할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
