The present invention relates to a method for optimally extracting rice bran oil using a supercritical fluid from rice bran, including the steps of: (a) dividing into an extraction pressure (x1) of a certain range, an extraction temperature (x2) of a certain range, an extraction time (x3) of a certain time as supercritical fluid extraction conditions, encoding each dividing step, and establishing a rice bran oil extraction plan； and (b) measuring a rice bran oil extraction yield and changes in fat acid content of the rice bran oil by each extraction condition using a reaction surface analysis method.본 발명은 미강으로부터 초임계 유체를 이용하여 미강유를 최적으로 추출하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 방법은 (a) 초임계 유체 추출 조건으로서 일정범위의 추출압력(x1), 일정범위의 추출온도(x2) 및 일정시간의 추출시간(x3)을 등분하고 각 등분단계로 부호화하여 미강유 추출계획을 수립하는 단계； 및 (b) 반응표면 분석법으로 미강유 추출수율 및 각 추출 조건별 미강유의 지방산 함량변화를 측정하는 단계；를 포함하여 구성된다.
