PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide betulin derivatives exhibiting a cell membrane stabilization effect, and to provide production methods thereof.SOLUTION: A betulin derivative is a derivative consisting of betulin, caproic acid, and ribose. The production method comprises fermenting with Monascus a fermented solution obtained by adding Bacillus natto made by Natto Honpo to Prunella vulgaris leaves and soybean flour and fermenting. The obtained betulin derivative exhibits an excellent effect and is applied as cosmetics, food formulations, and medicines. Particularly, if it is utilized for cosmetics, cell membranes such as keratin are stabilized. It is also useful for protection of epithelial tissues, and also works to nerve tissues through the stabilization of cell membranes.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 細胞膜安定化作用を呈するベツリン誘導体およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 ベツリン誘導体とはベツリンとカプロン酸とリボースからなる誘導体である。製造方法はウツボグサの葉及び大豆粉末に納豆本舗製の納豆菌を添加して発酵させた発酵液をさらにベニコウジ菌で発酵する工程からなる。得られるベツリン誘導体は優れた効果を呈し、化粧料、食品製剤、医薬品として応用される。特に、化粧料に利用した場合、角質などの細胞膜を安定化させる。また、上皮組織の保護に役立ち、神経組織に対しても細胞膜の安定化を介した働きがある。【選択図】 なし
