PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled rice loosening apparatus for loosening boiled rice which is boiled with a rice cooker and is in a mass state, and performing mixing of the whole boiled rice.SOLUTION: This boiled rice loosening apparatus 1 is provided with a sending conveyor 4 which has a plane carrying surface 3 for carrying boiled rice R, and includes a boiled rice charging part 16 disposed on the starting end of the carrying surface 3 and a boiled rice discharging part 17 disposed on the dead end thereof. On the carrying surface 3, a loosening wing 5 and a stirring wing 6 in order from the boiled rice charging part 16 are parallelly disposed. The loosening wing 5 rotates along a direction in which the carrying surface 3 carries a rotary shaft 19 that helically arranges loosening bars 20 in a standing condition, from the boiled rice charging part 16 to the boiled rice discharging part 17, and the stirring wing 6 rotates in contrary to a direction in which the carrying surface 3 carries a rotary shaft 23 that arranges on a line loosening bars 24 in a standing condition, from the boiled rice charging part 16 to the boiled rice discharging part 17.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】炊飯釜などによって炊飯され、塊の状態となっている米飯をほぐすとともに全体を混ぜ合せることを行う米飯ほぐし装置を提供する。【解決手段】米飯ほぐし装置1は、米飯Rを搬送する平面状の搬送面3を有した送りコンベヤ4を備え、搬送面3の始端側に米飯投入部16と終端側に米飯排出部17とを配設している。搬送面3上には、米飯投入部16側から順にほぐし羽根5と攪拌羽根6とを並行して配設して、ほぐし羽根5はほぐし棒20を螺旋状に立設させている回転軸19を搬送面3が米飯投入部16から米飯排出部17に向けて搬送する方向に沿うよう回転し、攪拌羽根6はほぐし棒24を一列状に立設させている回転軸23を搬送面3が米飯投入部16から米飯排出部17に向けて搬送する方向と逆らうように回転している。【選択図】 図1
