PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article excelling in fitting property when wearing and hardly giving an uncomfortable feeling when wearing by easily bending wing parts to the rear face sheet side.SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 includes a longitudinally long body part 5 having a surface sheet 2, a rear face sheet and an absorber 4 disposed between both sheets and a pair of wing parts 6, 6 extended from both side edges 51, 51 of the body part. The wing part is formed by fixing one side edge 63 side located on the body part side of a wing part forming material 62 independent of the surface sheet and rear face sheet, between both sheets.
