PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of testing quantitativity and a general olfaction function as an item of health examination appropriately and simply.SOLUTION: The olfactory test device includes: a smell generation part 1 including a smell quality generation mechanism 9 storing a smell quality and generating a smell quality gas having a regulated concentration or regulated intensity and a smell-less gas generation mechanism 11； a gas supply part 4 supplying to a subject a smell quality gas having the regulated concentration or regulated intensity or smell-less gas alternately from the smell quality generation mechanism 9 and smell-less gas generation mechanism 11 via a smell presentation mechanism 3 placed above a nostril of the subject； and answer means allowing the subject to express an intention when smelling the smell quality.
