PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine that can simplify a configuration capable of cutting a clutch mechanism of a leveling device with a rise of a planting unit or housing of the leveling device, and can reliably cut the clutch mechanism of the leveling device in the case of the rise of the planting unit, and also to provide the configuration capable of being easily applied to an existing seedling transplanting machine.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine includes a leveling device for leveling a headland before a planting unit. The power for driving the leveling device is transmitted from an engine through a rear axle case, and a clutch mechanism for transmitting or cutting the power to the leveling device is provided in the rear axle case.
