PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device capable of indicating whether or not an inspection image exists in a folder for storing inspection images.SOLUTION: An endoscope device 1 includes an analysis unit for analyzing an image obtained by imaging by an imaging unit 41 and extracting folder generation information, in a first mode for extracting folder generation information on generation of a plurality of folders recording a plurality of image data for an inspection object, a folder generation unit for generating a plurality of folders for the inspection object on the basis of the folder generation information extracted by the analysis unit, and a display control unit for, in a second mode for recording a plurality of image data of the inspection object, changing the display format of the folder name of a displayed folder on the basis of whether or not image data is recorded on the displayed folder when one of the plurality of folders generated by the folder generation unit is displayed as the folder that records the plurality of image data on a live image.
