PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anterior eye part optical interference tomographic device capable of measuring an accurate corneal shape by avoiding overlap of an image of eyelashes or a pupil in a folding image with a corneal part in an anterior eye part tomogram.SOLUTION: A zero point position of an interference optical system is set between the center of a crystalline lens and a rear surface of the crystalline lens. Hereby, since a folding image of an anterior eye part tomogram is folded from a furthermore rear side than the crystalline lens and overlapped with a normal image, overlap of an image of eyelashes or a pupil in the folding image with a corneal part of an anterior eye part tomogram can be avoided, to thereby enable accurate measurement of a corneal shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】折り返し画像の睫毛や瞼の像が、前眼部断層像の角膜部に重なることを回避して、正確な角膜形状の測定が可能な前眼部光干渉断層撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】干渉光学系のゼロ点位置を水晶体の中心から水晶体の後面の間に設定することにより、前眼部断層像の折り返し像は水晶体より後方から折り返されて正規の画像と重なるため、折り返し画像の睫毛や瞼の像が、前眼部断層像の角膜部に重なることが避けられ、正確な角膜形状の測定が可能にした。【選択図】図8
