To provide an ophthalmologic device capable of appropriately performing positioning between an eye to be examined and a device optical system.SOLUTION: A driving part of an ophthalmologic device three-dimensionally moves an examination optical system relatively with respect to a face of a subject. An imaging part images the face including an eye to be examined from two or more different positions. An image determination part analyzes a captured image acquired by the imaging part by imaging from the two or more different positions, and determines whether or not an image of an anterior eye part of the eye to be examined is included in a predetermined region of the captured image. When the image of the anterior eye part is determined to be included in the predetermined region by the image determination part, the analysis part analyzes the captured image acquired by the imaging part by the imaging from the two or more positions, and acquires a three-dimensional position of the eye to be examined. A control part performs alignment of the examination optical system to the eye to be examined by controlling the driving part based on the three-dimensional position acquired by the analysis part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
