PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a quality image suitable for analysis to be selected from images stored in the memory.SOLUTION: A corneal endothelial cell imaging apparatus includes the apparatus body including an illumination optical system for obliquely irradiating light from a light source on the cornea of a subject eye, and an imaging optical system for receiving the reflected light from the cornea including its endothelial cells. The apparatus also includes: a drive means for moving the apparatus body relative to the subject eye; an imaging control means for controlling driving of the drive means to move the apparatus body in the predetermined direction, and blinking the light source several times during the apparatus body movement to take a plurality of the images by the imaging elements; a memory means to store the plurality of captured images taken by the imaging device; and an evaluation value calculation means to calculate the evaluation value of each captured image as an analysis object stored in the memory means, based on the secondary brightness distribution of captured image.
