The present invention relates to a feed composition for fish farming, comprising: a feed component containing a nutrient source and a binder, wherein the binder comprises starch and cellulose ether. The content of the cellulose ether is 0.4 to 10.0 weight % with respect to the weight of the starch, and the viscosity of the cellulose ether is 60,000 to 280,000 cps when measured using a Brookfield (LV) viscometer at a condition of 20℃ and 3-6 rpm on the basis of an aqueous solution having a concentration of 2.0 weight %. Since the feed composition for fish farming according to the present invention can provide a feed having improved binding properties, it is possible to improve the phase stability of the feed in the water system, and it is possible to improve the elongation of a dough feed when preparing the dough feed by using the feed composition.La présente invention concerne une composition alimentaire pour la pisciculture, comprenant : un composant alimentaire contenant une source nutritive et un liant, le liant comprenant de lamidon et un éther de cellulose. La teneur en éther de cellulose est de 0,4 à 10,0 % en poids par rapport au poids de lamidon, et la viscosité de léther de cellulose est de 60 000 à 280 000 cps lorsquelle est mesurée à laide dun viscosimètre Brookfield (LV) dans des conditions de 20 °C et 3-6 tr/min sur la base dune solution aqueuse ayant une concentration de 2,0 % en poids.
