PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mass production of malacostraca (soft shell) just after the molting, the soft shell being used for soft shell cooking by culturing the shell-fish having behavior of cannibalism using individual breeding.SOLUTION: An automated mass production device comprises a system for: containing the breeding shell-fish in an individual container 1 with an opening part on the top and arranged planarly； breeding the shell-fish while automatically monitoring it by an image acquisition device comprising a surveillance camera 9 and a fiberscope camera 10 from the upper part； and automatically harvesting the soft shell in the individual container 1 where the molting is identified by image recognition by the manipulator driven and controlled in conjunction with the image acquisition device. A process before taking out and cooling the malacostraca after the molting reaching a shipping size from a breeding line before the hardening moves is automated, and the mass production of the soft shell production is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8【課題】共食いの習性をもつ甲殻類を個別飼育により養殖し、ソフトシェル料理に用いられる脱皮直後の軟甲（ソフトシェル）を量産するための装置を提供する。【解決手段】開口部を上に平面的に配列した個別収容器１中に飼育甲殻類を収容し、上部から監視カメラ9とファイバースコープカメラ１０より成っている画像取得装置により自動監視を行いつつ飼育し、画像認識により脱皮が識別された個別収容器中１のソフトシェルを、画像取得装置と連動して駆動制御されるマニピュレータにより自動収穫するシステムより成る自動化量産装置によって、出荷サイズに達した脱皮後の軟甲を硬化が進行する前に飼育ラインから取出し冷却するまでの工程を自動化し、ソフトシェル生産の量産化を可能にする。【選択図】図８
